Antonio Paulo dos Santos runs APS CONSULTING. He has extensive experience in the areas of Operations, Management and Finance of multinational and domestic groups such as American Express Bank, Banco Francês e Brasileiro and Banco SRL.

In the past 25 years, Antonio Paulo has worked in the financial industry managing different areas and teams. More recently, as an Executive Director and COO (Chief Operations Officer) of financial institutions, Antonio Paulo led the structuring of areas, processes, products, systems and people, using cutting-edge management tools, such as BSC, PMI and Six Sigma.

Additionally, Antonio Paulo has solid experience in identifying opportunities in service supply and cost reduction. He is graduated in Business Administration, holds an specialization in Finance, and has earned his MBA in General Management from IBMEC Business School e ISNPER Institute.
